Refund Eligibility:

To qualify for a refund, clients must:

  • Provide a detailed explanation of discrepancies between the project specifications and the final deliverable.
  • Allow Legacy Branding LLC the opportunity to make revisions as agreed upon.
  • Submit a refund request within 7 days of receiving the final deliverable.

Refund Process:

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@legacybrandingco.com. The request should include reasons and supporting evidence. Legacy Branding LLC will promptly review and respond.

Non-Refundable Circumstances:

Refunds may not be granted in the following situations:

  • Services requested beyond the initial 7-day period.
  • Completed custom projects where no fault on our part is evident or where the client has approved the deliverables.
  • Third-party fees (e.g., domain registration, stock images, third-party fonts) already incurred on behalf of the client.

Limitations:

  • Refunds may take 10-14 business days to process and reflect on statements.
  • Legacy Branding LLC reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet eligibility criteria.
